This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service, and describes Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you affirm that you are the legal age of majority in your country of residence. If you are not, your legal guardian must review and agree to this Privacy Policy. You also agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

0. INTERPRETATION AND DEFINITIONS

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service.

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

Service means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by you on any electronic device, named Global Strike or Globalstrike.

AppWire (referred to as either "AppWire", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to AppWire, Inc., 188 Valley Street, Providence RI 02909.

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cell phone, or tablet.

Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.

Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

1. COLLECTING AND USING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using the Service, AppWire may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your email address, first name and last name, and usage data. AppWire limits collection of personal information to only what is essential to operate the Service.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as your Device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, AppWire or our Service Providers may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device, the mobile device unique ID, the IP address of the mobile device, the mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 

Information Collected while Using the Service

While using the Service, in order to provide certain features AppWire or our third-party advertisers may collect:

  • Information regarding your location,

  • Aggregated and/or de-identified information that is not intended to specifically identify a user,

  • Technical information such your unique device identifier, operating system, version, model, CPU, hardware type, and IP address; and

  • Identifier for Advertising (IDFA), advertising ID, and Game Center ID.

We use this information to provide features of the Service, and to improve the service through analytics. The information may be uploaded to the AppWire’s servers and/or a Service Provider's server, or it may be simply stored on your device. Ad networks may use this information to provide interest-based or targeted advertisements to You. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through the settings on the Device.

Use of Your Personal Data

AppWire may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

To manage your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data you provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.

To contact you: To contact You by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

To provide You with news, offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer.

For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by AppWire about users is among the assets transferred.

For targeted advertising: We may allow third-party advertising partners to collect personal information within the Service. This includes unique device identifiers, IP addresses, your IDFA and advertising ID, app performance data, and other information that cannot be used to identify you. Our advertising partners may use this information to improve targeted advertising or provide personalized ads to you.

For other purposes: We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.

 

We may share your personal information in the following situations:

With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of the Service, to show advertisements to You to help support and maintain the Service, for payment processing, or to contact You.

For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of AppWire assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

With business partners: We may share Your information with Our business partners to offer You certain products, services or promotions.

With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside.

With your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

 

Retention of Your Personal Data

AppWire will retain Your Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, requirements to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. You may request the deletion of Your  Personal Data at any time. Since personal device identifiers are tied to your account, deleting your personal data may also result in the deletion of or loss of access to Your Account. AppWire is not obligated to compensate You for losses of in-game virtual currency, virtual items, features, or any other losses resulting from requested deletion of Your Personal Data.

AppWire will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of the Service, or in cases where AppWire is legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the AppWire’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Personal Data will take place to another organization unless there are adequate controls in place for the security of the data. Data of users in Aruba, Anguilla, the Bahamas, Belize, Bermuda, Barbados, Canada, Costa Rica, Curaçaoama, Puerto Rico, Martinique, Nicaragua, El Salvador, the Cayman Islands, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Jamaica, Guatemala, Honduras, Haiti, Turks and Caicos, the United States, and the Virgin Islands are stored and processed in servers located in the United States. Data of users in Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bahrain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Belarus, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Algeria, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Iceland, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Greece, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Gibraltar, Greenland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Jordan, Croatia, Montenegro, Ukraine, Monaco, the Isle of Man, North Macedonia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Palestine, Romania, Saudi Arabia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Turkey, Malta, Kosovo, and Moldova are stored and processed in servers located in the European Union to meet GDPR requirements. 

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice through the Service before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, including courts and government agencies.

We may use Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain Our Service.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we may use either our proprietary payment system for in-app purchases, or third-party services for payment processing through the App Store. We will not store or collect Your payment card details. Notifications

AppWire may occasionally send you push notifications through our Service with game updates or other information. You may opt out of these push notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device, or the settings in the Service.

 

3. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Service does not knowingly collect or store any personal information from children under 13 in the United States or under the relevant age threshold in other jurisdictions where the child is located. However, we may collect technical information required for delivering the service and for the support of our internal operations from all users of our Service. If parents believe that we have unintentionally collected their children’s other personal information or otherwise used their children’s personal information for another purpose, they should immediately contact us via the Contacting Us section below.

AppWire recognizes a special need to protect the personal information of children. We urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information without parental permission, when online. We also recommend that parents familiarize themselves with parental controls available on consoles, mobile telephones, tablets and other devices they provide to their child and accompany their child when online. Parents can control how their child interacts with the Service using Game Center parental controls. Parents may disable multiplayer gaming or custom chatting using these parental controls. Users that have multiplayer gaming disabled are limited to the solo game mode, and are not allowed to make friends through the app, chat, or join parties. If Game Center indicates that a user is underage, any ads that are shown will be non-personalized ads that received a G rating. 4. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. If you click on a third party link in the game chat, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website as well as in the Service. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on our website. You will also be prompted to agree to the new version of the Privacy Policy on the Service via a prominently displayed popup. You may not be able to use the Service until agreeing to the new version of the Privacy Policy. AppWire is under no obligation to compensate you for purchases of virtual currency, items, achievements, or any other benefit that you are not able to access after failing to agree to the new version of the Privacy Policy.

6. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION

Rights Under GDPR

If you live within the EEA, you may be protected by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under GDPR, you have the rights with regard to your Personal Data:

    Request access: You may request and obtain from AppWire your Personal Data.

Request correction: You may request that AppWire correct your Personal Data. This is unlikely since We collect identifiers and not names or email addresses.

    Object to processing: You may object to processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.

Request deletion: We delete Personal Data within a reasonable period after it outlives the purpose for which it was collected. You may request that we delete your personal data at any time. Since personal device identifiers are tied to your account, deleting your personal data may also result in deletion of your account. AppWire is not responsible for losses of in-game virtual currency, virtual items, features, or any other losses resulting from requested deletion of your personal data.

Withdraw consent: You may withdraw consent for processing of your Personal Data. Since personal device identifiers are tied to your account, deleting your personal data may also result in deletion of your account. AppWire is not responsible for losses of in-game virtual currency, virtual items, features, or any other losses resulting from requested deletion of your personal data.

7. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS ACT

California law (CCPA and CPRA) permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from AppWire the user’s personal data that has been collected by AppWire over the previous twelve (12) month period. AppWire will provide this information at request if it does not involve a disproportionate effort on Our part or is otherwise required by law. AppWire California law permits users who are California residents to request and obtain from AppWire a list of the Third Parties to whom we have disclosed their Personal Information for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year, as well as the type of Personal Information disclosed to those parties. AppWire does not share Personal Information with Third Parties for their own marketing purposes. Users who are California residents may also opt out of sharing their personal information with third parties.
